How To Burn an ISO Image to CD/DVD?
Right click the file, "Open With", and "Disk Utility". In Disk Utility, I selected the image file to burn on the left, and the burn emblem at the top.
My workaround for burning an ISO image on a Mac Snow Leopard OS 10.6.2 to CD worked.
If you right click and select Burn, the ISO will be burned to the DVD WITHOUT being converted!
How To Burn an ISO Image to CD/DVD the long way?
- Insert a blank disc.
- Start Disk Utility.
- From the File menu, choose Open Disk Image and select the ISO to be burned.
- In the list of volumes, you will now see an item representing the ISO file. Select it.
- Click the Burn button and follow the instructions.
